When you submit a request through our site, we collect the following:
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or any government-issued identification. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Expert partners are bound by confidentiality. All participating expert partners agree to treat submission information as strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of the facilitated consultation. This obligation applies regardless of whether a consultation ultimately takes place.
We do not share your submission with any other creatives, organizations, press, or third parties without your explicit written consent.
Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Uploaded documents are stored with the same access restrictions as your submission text.
We retain submission data for a period of three years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time prior to that - see the section below on your rights.
Specific platform and infrastructure details are available upon request for those with a legitimate need, such as institutional funders conducting due diligence.
Important notice regarding legal consultations. Consultations facilitated by temporary.fund between creatives and attorney expert partners do not constitute a formal legal engagement and do not establish attorney-client privilege. Information shared during a facilitated consultation is treated in confidence by all parties but is not legally protected as privileged communication under attorney-client privilege doctrine.
Attorney-client privilege is a formal legal protection that requires a direct, acknowledged engagement between an attorney and their client - typically formalized through a signed engagement letter or retainer agreement. A Fund-facilitated consultation does not meet this threshold.
If you wish to establish a formal, privileged attorney-client relationship following your initial consultation, that relationship is formed directly between you and the attorney, independently of temporary.fund. The attorney will provide their own engagement letter at that stage.
Participating attorneys retain their own professional and ethical obligations under their applicable bar rules, which may include duties of confidentiality independent of attorney-client privilege. These obligations are between you and the attorney and are not administered by the Fund.
